Customization Policy

Available Services

We provide the following customization services for your purchased sarees. Kindly select the required customization while placing the order and we will take care of the rest. You need not worry about - our team will be in contact with you to collect necessary information if required. 

1. Fall and Edging - An additional cost of INR. 180 will be charged for saree fall & edging.
2. Blouse Stitching -  An additional cost of INR. 1200 will be charged for standard blouse.

Each blouse comes with good quality lining, piping, and extra internal stitches for size adjustment if required. Kindly refer the blouse measurement chart below and share your inputs, so that our tailors can make the blouse for you. Also you may contact us anytime after placing the order if any support required related to customization. Terms & Conditions

Please read and acknowledge the following terms & conditions before placing any custom order. Please contact us if you have any query.

• Only prepaid orders are eligible for any kind of customization. The service is not applicable for COD orders.

• Once the custom order is placed, no cancellation of order to be accepted further.

• We need additional 5-7 business days processing time for customization based on the volume of orders.

• Customization is done based on your given instructions or measurements remotely, so there may be anomaly regarding inaccurate designs, colours, fittings, stitching etc. In that case, we'll not be in a position to help you as custom products are non returnable / non exchangeable.
