Our Shipping Policy:
Processing Time - The expected order processing time is mentioned with the products. Usually, we dispatch your order immediately. Since our products are authentic handmade, sometimes it may take 7-10 business days or more to dispatch your orders.
Delivery Time - We ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We ship worldwide through our reputed global shipping partners for fastest as well hassle-free delivery. Only express shipping is used to enhance your shopping experience.
Domestic shipments [within India] : 3-5 business days after being dispatch.
International shipments [other countries] : 4-5 business days after being dispatch in express delivery.
We provide COD shipping options on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
Return, Exchange or Refund Policy:
Craftyle has a friendly return and exchange or refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. Since we are not always perfect so even after our hard work, there might be things which may not hold up to your expectations. So you have the option to return and exchange items or claim refund against your purchase at www.craftyle.com and we are here to support you.
We allow easy return & exchange or refunds for,
Products which are received in Damaged/Defective/Broken conditions.
Products which do not match with the photo or details given in the site.

Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Products must be returned in the original condition as they were received in along with the invoice. In any condition, the dispute must be registered with the seller within 48 hrs. of the shipment being delivered. Please contact us at (+91) 9804199808 or firstname.lastname@example.org along with the photos of defect/damage/mismatch. The products should be returned within 7 days.
The refund will be initiated through your original payment method that was used during purchase of the products.
We don't accept cancellations once the order is placed. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
We provide the following customization services for your purchased sarees. Kindly select the required customization while placing the order and we will take care of the rest. You need not worry about - our team will be in contact with you to collect necessary information if required.1. Fall and Pico - This is a complimentary service for you with no extra cost.
2. Blouse Stitch - An additional cost of INR. 950 to be charged for standard blouse.

Only prepaid orders are eligible for any kind of customization. The service is not applicable for COD orders.
Once the custom order is placed, no cancellation of order to be accepted further.
We need additional 5-7 business days processing time for customization based on the volume of orders.
Customization is done based on your given instructions or measurements remotely, so there may be anomaly regarding inaccurate designs, colours, fittings, stitching etc. In that case, we'll not be in a position to help you as custom products are non returnable / non exchangeable.
