In any condition, the dispute must be registered with the seller within 48 hrs. of the shipment being delivered. The products must be returned in the original condition as they were received in along with the invoice and our brand tag. ​Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process within 5 business days. The refund will be initiated through your original payment method that was used during purchase of the products.

Please note that refunds will only be issued if the reason for the return is due to an error or issue on our part. If the product has been damaged or mishandled by the customer, we will not be held responsible, and such cases will not be eligible for a refund.
