We allow return & exchange or refunds for,

1. Products which are received in Damaged/Defective/Broken conditions.

2. Products which do not match with the photo or details given in the site.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged,

1. Custom or personalized orders

2. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

In any condition, the dispute must be registered with the seller within 48 hrs. of the shipment being delivered. In case of damaged or incorrect item, an unboxing video of the product which got delivered is mandatory. The return process should be initiated within 7 days of receipt of the order. The products must be returned in the original condition as they were received in along with the invoice and our brand tag. 

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days. The refund will be initiated through your original payment method that was used during purchase of the products.

Please note that refunds will only be issued if the reason for the return is due to an error or issue on our part. If the product has been damaged or mishandled by the customer, we will not be held responsible, and such cases will not be eligible for a refund.

NB: Your order is eligible for a one-time replacement. For your convenience, we are responsible for setting up the reverse shipment. It is very important that you do not send the item back to us without first consulting and verifying the return details with our team. If an item is returned without prior verification and our official reverse shipment process, we, unfortunately, will not be in a position to process any further credit or replacement for that item.
